Linda Faye Johnson Hazel Herrera, 61, of Bowling Green died at 10:10 p.m. Aug. 24, 2007, at her residence.
The Bowling Green native was born Jan. 17, 1946. She was a self-employed Spanish interpreter and member of New Life Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school. She was a very loving and caring person who did anything for everyone. She was a daughter of the late Wilkins Johnson and Georgia Ferguson Johnson of Bowling Green, who survives.
Funeral is at 1 p.m. Friday at J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Lovers Lane chapel, with burial in Bowling Green Gardens. Visitation begins at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Survivors include her husband, Fernando Herrera; a daughter, Cathy Hazel of Bowling Green; two sons, Jeffrey Hazel of Orlando, Fla., and Ronald “Ronnie” Hazel of Bowling Green; three sisters, Delana Lamastus of Bowling Green, Phyllis Spears and her husband, Jerry, of Franklin and Georgeann Treece and her husband, Marty, of Smiths Grove; two brothers, Dale Johnson and his wife, Sue, and Ernest Johnson and his wife, Amanda, all of Bowling Green; six grandchildren, Montez, Delsjuan, Dantavious, Heaven, Angel and Shane; two great-grandchildren, Kyran and Darren; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
