BROWNSVILLE — Harold Daniel “Danny” Ashley, 56, of Brownsville died at 1:22 p.m. July 21, 2008, at Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital in Bowling Green.

The Edmonson County native was a logger. He was a son of Harold Ashley and Elizabeth Vincent Ashley of Brownsville, who survive.

Funeral is at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Brownsville Missionary Baptist Church, with burial in New Liberty Cemetery. Visitation begins at noon today at the church. Gravil Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Other survivors include his wife, Debbie Milby Ashley; three sons, Jeremiah Ashley and his wife, Jennifer, Colt Ashley and his wife, Courtney, and Cory Ashley, all of Brownsville; two daughters, Shawnice Ashley of Roundhill and Savanna Ashley of Brownsville; a sister, Regina Roof and her husband, Gary, of Brownsville; and six grandchildren.
