Greenwood’s Eaton keeps rolling

Greenwood junior Ryan Eaton earned his sixth straight individual title this season by running a time of 15:53 for a win at a cross country meet at Lexington Catholic.

The Gator boys placed sixth out of 23 teams overall with Nick Winquist (17:07) finishing 29th, Austin Houchens (17:28) finishing 38th (17:28) and Brett Austin (17:36) taking 52nd.

On the girls’ side, Elizabeth Cole (21:14) led the Lady Gators to an 11th place finish. Aleisha Murrell (22:26) took 50th place for Greenwood.
