POLICE NEWS: Sheriff’s office checks burglary, theft reports

Burglary, theft — Someone broke into a residence in the 6000 block of Louisville Road at about noon Sunday and stole several DVDs and clothing items, valued at $250, according to a Warren County Sheriff’s Office report.
Criminal mischief, theft — Someone broke a window of a vehicle parked in the 1000 block of Glen Lily Road and stole a wallet at around 5:30 a.m. Monday, according to a sheriff’s office report. The victim said he was fishing in the area when he noticed a blue car pull up next to his vehicle. He said he saw a white man with a shaved head get out of the car and break his window. Damage and losses totaled $300.
Theft — Someone stole a laptop computer from a car parked in the 400 block of Hunterwood Way at about 4 a.m. Wednesday, according to a sheriff’s office report. Losses totaled $1,530. |
