David Crouch of Asheville, N.C, a Pilot and veterinarian, brought Rocky through the program Pilots for Paws. Rocky travelled from Savannah, Georgia, through Asheville and onto Bowling Green as part of a rescue effort for the abandoned and abused boxer dog. After being found at his Georgia residence chained up and abandoned for at least two weeks, the dog, which has heartworms and is extremely malnourished, was brought to RePets in Bowling Green to be brought back to good health and to find a permanent home. |
