Preschool classes turn play into opportunities for development and collaborative learning

Two children play on the floor side by side in a living room. However, they don’t play with each other. Each child is in a separate world. Looking at each other and communicating a desire to play together is a learned social skill, a skill that can be taught in preschool.

Those 2-year-old children playing on the floor and their 3- and 4-year-old peers comprise the children who benefit from local private preschool efforts outside the public school districts in Bowling Green and Warren County.
