The Bowling Green Police Department conducted a sex offender compliance operation Tuesday which resulted in the arrest of three sex offenders, according to a news release from BGPD. 

Officers attempted to locate all registered sex offenders in the city limits of Bowling Green. Police checked 62 addresses, made 43 contacts and arrested three people:

•Ricky Dale Houchens, 35, charged with failure to comply with sex offender registration;

•Michael Manning,33, charged with failure to comply with sex offender registration;

•William G. Carver, 53, charged with possession/view matter portraying sexual performance by minor.

BGPD will follow up on all registered offenders until contact is made with all 62 registered offenders in the city, according to the release.
