Low-income families seeking assistance in making exterior home repairs can learn more about “A Brush with Kindness” at one of three application sessions.

The first session for the program, which is being offered by Habitat for Humanity of Bowling Green/Warren County, is from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at the Western Kentucky University ALIVE Center, 1818 U.S. 31-W By-Pass.

Two additional sessions are from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Bowling Green Police Department and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 3 at the WKU Student Activities office on the third floor of Downing University Center.

Homeowners interested in applying for the program may contact Habitat for Humanity at 843-6027. Applications will be evaluated after a Feb. 17 application deadline. 

 WKU ALIVE Center for Community Partnerships and Student Activities’ Leadership & Volunteerism offices are partnering with Habitat for Humanity in the program.
