The following people were indicted Wednesday by a Warren County grand jury:

Randall Thomas Hester, 24, 4268 Morgantown Road, murder, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, second-degree persistent felony offender, $500,000 cash bond; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, second-degree persistent felony offender, $10,000 bond.

Wendy Diane Webb, 36, 1305 Kenilwood Drive, No. D, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree persistent felony offender, transfer bond.

Randall R. Belcher, 39, 3212 Timbermill Ave., Apt. E, attempt/obtain a controlled substance by fraud/false statement/forgery, criminal summons.

Suzanne Garvin Deputy, 46, 1040 Garvin Lane, first-degree fleeing or evading police, third-degree assault, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, fourth-degree assault, improper lane usage/vehicles keep right except to pass, failure to wear seat belts, $100,000 cash bond.

Travis Edward Deweese, 30, 816 S. Sixth St., Nashville, five counts of second-degree forgery, second-degree persistent felony offender, $5,000 cash bond.

Michael Kent Hays, 22, 624 Nutwood St., first-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, possession of marijuana, $2,500 surety bond.

Shenard Dequan Holton, 21, 1520 W. Hill St., Louisville, second-degree burglary, tampering with physical evidence, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $500 or more but less than $10,000, $5,000 cash bond.

Justin Desean Johnson, aka “JC,” 20, 102 Elaine Court, Elkton, second-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $500 or more but less than $10,000, $5,000 cash bond.

John Howard Morris Jr., 24, Roederer Correctional Complex, 4000 Morgan Road, P.O. Box 69, LaGrange, theft of a motor vehicle registration plate or decal, second-degree persistent felony offender, $2,500 cash bond.

Angelica Ramirez, 37, 233 Tower Drive, theft of identity, transfer bond.

Leslie Anne Riley, 27, 1297 Blue Level Providence Road, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, transfer bond.

William Joshua Tate, 30, 42 Etheridge Lane, Mayfield, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, transfer bond.

Natasha Marie Woosley, 28, 400 W.S. Romans Road, Morgantown, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (less than 10 dosage units), transfer bond.

Louisa Christine Ferguson, 46, 1505 Stubbins St., first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, transfer bond.

Heather Elizabeth Arvelo, 38, 1505 Stubbins St., first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, $1,000 cash bond.

Nicholas Ray Basham, 28, 2580 Threlkel Ferry Road, three counts of theft by deception ($500 or more but less than $10,000), $5,000 cash bond.

Jonathan David Daniels, 21, 1226 Petros Browning Road, Rockfield, fraudulent use of a credit/debit card valued at $500 or more but less than $10,000, transfer bond.

Shawn Michael Gilbert, 26, 11667 Leaton Road, Alvaton, second-degree burglary, $10,000 cash bond.

Dennis Kevin Hughes, 51, 194 J. Wilson Road, Auburn, first-degree wanton endangerment, transfer bond.

David Lee Rigsby, 48, 333 Murphy Road, Lot 10, theft by deception ($500 or more but less than $10,000), first-degree persistent felony offender, $5,000 cash bond.

Jason Kendrick Stotts, 35, 922 Russell Road, Columbia, theft by deception ($500 or more but less than $10,000), $4,000 cash bond.

Joe David Warren, 25, 3306 Matlock Road, first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, transfer bond.
