Jeremy Scott Priddy, 28, of Lindseyville, died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012, at his residence. He was the son of Jeff and Vonnie Vincent Priddy. He was a member of Pleasant Union United Baptist Church, was employed as an iron worker with Stewart Richey; a former EMT with Simpson County Ambulance Service; a first responder for Kyrock VFD and a bull rider. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and riding off road in his Jeep.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fiancee, Makalla Yokley; two sisters, Nicole Arredondo (Gary) and Justice Priddy; two brothers, Gabriel and Caden Priddy; maternal grandparents, Charles Edward and Nelda Vincent; six nephews, Dalton Childress and Ethan, Eligie, Wyatt, Ty and Jacob Arredondo; and two stepchildren, Jada and B.J. Knight, all of Lindseyville. He was also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Vernal and Oleva Priddy.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday at Patton Funeral Home Brownsville Chapel, and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at Pleasant Union United Baptist Church. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
