GLASGOW — Judge Edwin Powell Barlow Ropp, 77, of Glasgow, died Sept. 7, 2016, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital.

Funeral is at 11 a.m. Saturday at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home, with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday.
