Raymond Carlos King, 78, of Bowling Green died at 11:35 a.m. Oct. 18, 2007, at The Medical Center.

The White House, Tenn., native was a mechanic and car salesman. He was a son of the late Grafton C. King and Olean Cassady King and the husband of the late Mabel Maude Harris King. He was preceded in death by a son, Garry C. King.

Funeral is at 10 a.m. Monday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green chapel, with burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Survivors include a son, Darrell King of Bowling Green; four daughters, Brenda Kimbro and her husband, Donnie, Karen Baker and Melinda Price and her husband, Robby, all of Bowling Green, and Sandra Elrod of Auburn; a brother, Baily King of Russellville; two sisters, Martha Martin and her husband, Curtis, of Bowling Green and Nell Dooley of Louisville; six grandchildren, Stacy Kimbro, Jeremy Kimbro, Joshua Baker, Tyler Price and Kaylyn Price, all of Bowling Green, and Brittany Elrod of Auburn; and several nieces and nephews.
