Western Kentucky football coach Bobby Petrino has been preparing for Tennessee and former Cincinnati coach Butch Jones for quite some time.

“We’ve studied Cincinnati all winter and summer long so we had a good idea of what their package is,” the first-year WKU coach said Monday. “They’re good coaches. They really understand what they want to do, and their guys at Cincinnati played extremely well and extremely hard. We’re going to have to go out and play our game and do the things that we do well.”
