Johnny Towe

Bowling Green – Johnny Towe, 70, of Alvaton, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2017, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Bowling Green, son of the late WC and Emily Bell Martin Towe. Mr. Towe was preceded in death by two sons, Jeffery Allen Towe and David Wayne Towe, sister, Donna Brown and two brothers, Douglas Towe and William David Towe. Mr. Towe worked for Eaton Cutler Hammer for 36 years and later for the KY Highway Dept. He was a member of the Moose Lodge. Survivors include his wife, Judy Carter Towe; two sons, John Kevin Towe (Yun), and Brad Towe (Julie); three sisters, Wanda Arnold, Beverly Eadens and Emily Towe; three brothers, Roger Towe, Martin Towe and James Ronald Towe; three grandchildren, Kieran, Case and Kayla. The family will receive friends from 3-8 pm Sunday and 12-1 pm Monday at the JC Kirby and Son Lovers Lane Chapel. The funeral service will be 1:00 pm Monday at the funeral home with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery.
