Artworks presents the Members 2nd Annual Fine Art Exhibition at The Gallery at 916

Artworks: A Visual Arts Coalition, Inc. members gathered at the Gallery at Lot 916 February 13 for an opening reception and awards ceremony for the Members 2nd Annual Fine Art Exhibition. The show, located at 916 State Street on Bowling Green’s downtown square will continue through February 27, 2009.
The art includes 2d and 3d original never-before-seen fine art by 44 area artists who will be exhibiting 78 pieces of artwork. The show will be juried by Joel Javier from the Speed Art Museum in Louisville, and awards will be presented at 7:30 p.m. the night of the opening reception. Paintings, sculpture, jewelry, photography, ceramics, and fine woodworking will be on display and may be purchased.

A percentage of the proceeds will benefit The Son Rhea Foundation and the ArtWorks Young Artist Grant Program.
