Austin Peay junior guard/forward Terry Taylor (Bowling Green Class of 2017) poured in a team-high 21 points to lead the host Governors to a 110-67 season-opening men's basketball win over Oakland City (Ind.) on Tuesday.

Taylor was 10-of-16 from the field and sank a 3-pointer. He also had six rebounds, three blocks, two steals and an assist in the win.

Austin Peay (1-0) visits Western Kentucky on Nov. 9.


Wright State sophomore guard Skyelar Potter (Warren Central Class of 2018) drained 7 of 8 shots – including 5-of-6 on 3-pointers – to finish with 19 points in Tuesday's season-opening 96-77 win over visiting Central State (Ohio).

Potter added three steals and two rebounds in the win.

Wright State (1-0) is at Miami (Ohio) on Nov. 9.


Western Kentucky redshirt senior guard/forward Jared Savage (Warren Central Class of 2015) tallied eight points in the Hilltoppers' season-opening 76-64 win over Tennessee Tech on Tuesday.

Savage also tallied five rebounds, three steals, a block and an assist in the win.

Western Kentucky (1-0) hosts Austin Peay on Nov. 9.


Midway senior guard Kaleb Britt (Warren East Class of 2016) tallied 13 points and dished out a team-high six assists in Saturday's 99-74 win over Berkeley (N.Y.) in the Sean Elliott Classic in Portsmouth, Ohio.

Britt added three steals and a rebound in the win.

Midway (1-2) hosts Simmons College on Nov. 6.


Georgetown College freshman forward Kyran Jones (Bowling Green Class of 2017) tallied 10 points on 5-of-6 shooting in the Tigers' 88-64 win over visiting Simmons College on Saturday.

Jones also pulled down three rebounds in the win.

Georgetown (3-0) hosts Washington Adventist (Md.) on Nov. 9.


Brescia redshirt junior guard Tristen Murray (Warren Central Class of 2016) tallied 12 points in the Bearcats' 97-69 road loss to Lawrence Tech (Mich.).

Murray  also had four rebounds and two assists.

Brescia junior forward Dylan Beckham (South Warren Class of 2017) added four points and two rebounds.

Brescia (1-3) is at Lindsey Wilson on Nov. 6.


Roane State (Tenn.) freshman guard Jacob Naylor (Russellville Class of 2019) tallied 10 points in Saturday's 101-64 road loss to Chipola (Fla.).

Naylor was 2-of-5 on 3-pointers and added three assists and two rebounds.

Roane State (0-2) is at Northwest Florida on Nov. 8.


Kentucky Christian guard Jordan Buchanan (South Warren Class of 2015) had an assist and grabbed a rebound in Monday's 98-91 road loss to Alice Lloyd.

Kentucky Christian (0-3) hosts Montreat (N.C.) on Nov. 6.
