BGMU Request Number 2019-27

BGMU is currently soliciting bids from qualified entities for the supply and installation of a new Breaker/Switchboard unit for the operations building at BGMU's Wastewater Treatment Plant. Please note that the bidder is responsible for assuring that new equipment fits the area and accounts for existing wire lengths.

All bids must be received in sealed envelopes marked "BID REPLY- BGMU RFB No.: 2019-27 WWTP OPERATIONS BUILDING SWITCHBOARD REPLACEMENT, BGMU Project No.: WWTP20-857," prior to bid opening. The envelope should bear on the outside the name of the BIDDER and his address. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the BID must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to:

All bids shall be evaluated on the following criteria: Initial Cost, Total Owning Cost, Warranty Periods, Delivery and Compliance with Technical Specifications. Consideration will also be given to; Past Record with BGMU, Timelines, Quality of Materials, Financial Stability, and Compliance with Law.
