Four residential properties on Kentucky, Chestnut and Elm streets hosted the community’s first all ages house hop event Saturday afternoon, kicking off with an urban farming workshop.

The event continued with a potluck and barbecue, poetry reading all before 4 p.m.--the scheduled time for music from local bands and touring artists from Nashville. After a performing band finished at one house, a marching band comprised of different local musicians lead attendees to the next.

Music ended around 10: 30 p.m.
