The Kentucky Small Business Development Center has recognized 10 businesses from across the state with Pacesetter awards, including Glasgow-based Pirogue’s Cajun Food Truck, which was among the Startup Business Pacesetter award winners.
The Pacesetter awards recognize promising businesses still in their infancy.
Pirogue’s Cajun Food Truck brings a little bit of the Bayou to the Bluegrass. Three native Louisiana women own and operate the food truck to share their Cajun culture with Kentuckians through food.
Their menu includes gumbo, jambalaya, etouffee, po’boys and more. Pirogue’s Cajun Food Truck started in Glasgow but travels to different cities across the state.
