BROWNSVILLE  Elizabeth Lindsey Lancaster, 78, of Alvaton died at 3:17 p.m. June 16, 2002, at The Medical Center at Bowling Green.The Edmonson County native was a homemaker. She was a daughter of the late Haden Lindsey and Mary Jane Skaggs Lindsey and the wife of the late Lester Lancaster.Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Poplar Spring United Baptist Church, where he was a member, with burial in Poplar Spring Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Patton Funeral Home, Brownsville chapel, and will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church.Survivors include four sons, Ray Lancaster of Louisville, William Lancaster of Alvaton, Ruben Lancaster of Plano and John Lancaster of Bowling Green; two stepsons, Robert Lancaster of Upton and Garnet Lancaster of Naples, Fla.; a stepdaughter, Faye Middleton of Crab Orchard; and two grandchildren.
