GLASGOW Ida Mae Allen, 81, of Glasgow died Oct. 31, 2002, at her home.The Barren County native was a homemaker and an active member of the Builders Club. She was a daughter of the late Henry Jewell Smiley and Virginia McPherson Smiley Corbitt. She was preceded in death by a son, McKinley Victor.Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church, where she was a senior missionary, with burial in Oddfellow Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at Hatcher and Saddler Funeral Home.Survivors include her husband, Owen Allen; a daughter, Kathy Payne of Bowling Green; a son, Glen Victor of Louisville; two sisters, Birtie Smiley and Henrietta Duncan, both of Toledo, Ohio; a brother, Lawrence Smiley of Glasgow; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
