The following people were indicted Dec. 21 by a Warren County grand jury:

Timothy Dye, 48, 1955 Sandra St., two counts of first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, $20,000 cash bond and no contact with alleged victims.

Devron Dwayne Kay, 23, 2214 Long St., Hopkinsville, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (second offense), first-degree sexual abuse, second-degree persistent felony offender, transfer bond or $5,000 at 20 percent cash and surety and other conditions in a Dec. 21 district court order.

Tracy L. Russell, 38, 809 15th Ave., Apt. 1, four counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal mischief, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (second offense within five years), failure of owner to maintain required insurance, driving on license suspended for DUI, $3,000 cash bond.

Casey Alan Mancuso, 18, 1017 Navaho Place, Louisville, second-degree burglary, receiving stolen property valued at less than $10,000, transfer bond.

Daron Maurice Powell, 18, 1233 W. Ashland Ave., Louisville, second-degree burglary, receiving stolen property valued at less than $10,000, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, transfer bond.

Ronald Joseph Rakers, 39, 7181 Morgantown Road, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (second offense), possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree persistent felony offender, $25,000 cash bond; two counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (second offense), four counts of knowingly possessing anhydrous ammonia other than approved container with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a meth precursor, second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, second-degree persistent felony offender, $25,000 cash bond.

Ronald Lee Shartzer, 43, 30 Silas Miller Road, Harrodsburg, first-degree bail jumping, $5,000 cash bond.

Barry Matthew Stephens, 29, 1372 Alonzo Long Hollow Road, Adolphus, operating a motor vehicle on a license suspended for DUI (third offense within five years, aggravating circumstances), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (second offense within five years), leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, first-degree persistent felony offender, $10,000 cash bond.

Dorietta G. Stivers, 52, 340 Loving Road, first-degree wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (second offense within five years, aggravating circumstance), driving on a license suspended for DUI (aggravating circumstances), failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, transfer bond.

Jarvis Wheeler, 24, 311 Millwood Drive, first-degree bail jumping, $5,000 cash bond.
