A Louisiana man died Wednesday in a single-car crash on Interstate 65 near Horse Cave.

A 2000 Lexus operated by Dylan A. Fresina, 26, of Baton Rouge, was traveling north when it left the right shoulder and struck a concrete bridge pillar head-on near the 58-mile marker, Kentucky State Police said.

Fresina, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
