Detectives from multiple agencies intercepted three large packages in Warren County believed to contain marijuana.

According to a news release, detectives from the Bowling Green-Warren County Drug Task Force, South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force, Kentucky State Police and the U.S. Postal Service intercepted the packages, destined for Logan County, on Monday.

A controlled delivery of two of the parcels was made to an address in Logan County.

The parcels contained about 19 pounds of high-grade marijuana from California, according to a news release from the South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force.

Arrests are pending and the investigation is ongoing.
