He was a logger all his life.
He is survived by his wife Carol Elmore Smith Indiana. He was dad of 3 kids Maggie LouAnn Plank (John), Bowling Green, Ky., Patrick Wayne Smith (Mashahn) and Crystal Gayle Smith, Indiana. 4 grandkids, 2 girls and 2 boys, Indiana.Â
Service at Grace Baptist Church on Morgantown Road at a later date after cremation.Â
