It was a big night for Bowling Green senior guard Curtis Lin, who poured in 19 points in the Purples’ 77-65 victory Tuesday at Warren East.
The 19 points were a season high for Lin, who has scored 14 or more points three times this season – including twice in the past three games. Lin is third on the team in scoring average, dropping 8.6 points a game in 12 games played.
Lin credited his recent success to his coaches and teammates.
“My confidence grows because of my teammates and my coaches,” Lin said. “They always trust me and I feel like that is huge as a player.”
Bowling Green returns to action at 7 p.m. Friday, hosting District 14 rival South Warren.
