Jones joins South Warren offensive lineman Colt Jackson and LaRue County tight end Mark Goode as the in-state commitments.

Jones will be a preferred walk-on as either an offensive or defensive lineman. A three-star prospect by 247sports and two-star recruit by Rivals, Jones holds one other reported offer from Western Michigan.

The 6-foot-4, 280-pound lineman tweeted about his opportunity to play for WKU on Tuesday and announced his commitment Wednesday afternoon.

The senior has 38 tackles and two sacks for the Scotties this year. Glasgow is 9-1 entering the Class 3A playoffs this Friday.

WKU had another shakeup in its 2020 recruiting class with Georgia running back Rashad Amos announcing via Twitter on Wednesday he is de-committing from the Hilltoppers. Amos recently picked up offers from South Carolina and Boise State.
